Welcome to the subscription service of Armesy, an iOS app with European and American minimalist style focused on virtual bracelet try-on. This Subscription Agreement explains the terms of the paid subscription service offered by Armesy, including the benefits you will receive, how to subscribe, manage and cancel your subscription, and our commitments to you while you use the Subscription Service.
By subscribing to the Subscription Service, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this Agreement. Please note that Armesy does not require you to create an account or log in with any credentials to use the basic features of the App, and the same applies to the Subscription Service—you can subscribe and use the paid features without providing any personal information. All data related to your subscription and usage of the Subscription Service is stored exclusively on your local device, and we do not access, transfer, or share any of your data with external parties.
We do not collect any facial information under any circumstances, including when you subscribe to and use the Subscription Service. This means we never access, capture, store, or process any facial data, including but not limited to facial features, facial recognition data, biometric facial information, or any images containing facial content. Armesy’s Subscription Service is designed to enhance your virtual bracelet try-on experience, and facial information is irrelevant to the core functions of the Subscription Service. We will never request access to your device’s camera for the purpose of capturing facial images, nor will we process any uploaded images to extract or analyze facial features. Your facial privacy is fully protected when using the Subscription Service, as we have no mechanism or intention to collect any form of facial data at any stage of your subscription or usage.
The Armesy Subscription Service offers enhanced features to improve your virtual bracelet try-on experience, supplementing the free basic features of the App. The specific benefits of the Subscription Service may include, but are not limited to: unlimited virtual try-on times, high-definition try-on effect saving and priority technical support.
The Subscription Service is available in different durations (such as monthly, quarterly, or annual), and the specific pricing and duration options will be displayed to you when you subscribe within the App. The subscription price is subject to change, but any changes will not affect your current active subscription—you will continue to enjoy the Subscription Service at the price you paid until your subscription period ends.
We do not collect any facial information as part of the Subscription Service. The enhanced features of the Subscription Service are focused solely on improving the quality and convenience of virtual bracelet try-on, and do not involve any collection, storage, or processing of facial data. Our focus remains exclusively on bracelet try-on and outfit matching, and facial information is completely ignored and never stored or processed. You can use the Subscription Service with confidence knowing that your facial data will never be collected or used in any way.
To subscribe to the Subscription Service, you can navigate to the subscription page within the Armesy App, select your preferred subscription duration (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.).
Once your payment is successfully processed, your Subscription Service will be activated immediately, and you will have access to all the premium features included in your subscription plan. The subscription period will start on the date of activation and will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
We do not collect any facial information during the subscription process. All subscription-related data is stored locally on your device, and facial information is never involved in any link.
Your Subscription Service will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) unless you cancel the automatic renewal before the renewal date. The renewal price will be the same as the price you paid for your current subscription, unless there is a price change, in which case we will notify you of the new price before the renewal takes effect.
You can check your subscription status and manage your automatic renewal settings at any time through the "Subscription" section within the App. If you do not want your subscription to renew automatically, you can disable the automatic renewal option, and your Subscription Service will expire at the end of the current period.
We do not collect any facial information during the renewal process. The automatic renewal and its management are based on your local device and payment information, and no facial data is collected, stored or processed at any stage.
You can cancel your Subscription Service at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew automatically, and you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the current period.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current period, you will still be able to use the Subscription Service until the expiration date, and no refund will be provided for the remaining days of the subscription.We do not collect any facial information when you cancel your subscription. The cancellation process only involves updating your subscription status in the App, and no facial data is collected, stored, or processed during this process. Since we never collect facial information in the first place, there is no facial data to manage or delete when canceling your subscription, and your facial privacy remains protected.
During your active subscription period, you will have full access to all the premium features included in your subscription plan. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify the premium features from time to time, but we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes that may affect your subscription experience.
The Subscription Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your subscription access with others, or use the premium features for commercial purposes without our prior consent.
We do not collect any facial information as part of the Subscription Service benefits. All premium features are designed to enhance your virtual bracelet try-on experience, and none of them require or involve the collection of facial data. Even if you use premium features to generate more detailed or high-definition try-on effects, we will not collect or process any facial information. Your facial privacy is not affected by the premium features, and you can enjoy the Subscription Service without worrying about your facial data being collected.
