By downloading, installing and using Armesy, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to any of the terms herein, please do not download, install or use the App. Armesy is an iOS app with European and American minimalist style focused on virtual bracelet try-on. Users can upload portrait photos to intelligently wear various bracelets, bangles and wrist ornaments on arms with one click to generate natural and realistic wearing effects. It features minimalist operation, high-definition rendering and realistic fitting visual experience, helping users quickly select, compare and save favorite bracelets to meet needs of outfit try-on, purchase reference, social sharing and other scenarios, with concise and high-end light luxury gradient interface design and smooth usage. Armesy does not collect any facial information from users. The App only processes the portrait photos uploaded by users to identify the arm area for virtual bracelet try-on, and does not extract, store or use any facial data at all. All operations related to user photos are limited to the arm part, and no facial features or facial information will be involved in any link.
All information processed by Armesy is handled locally on the user’s device. No information will be uploaded to any external location, and all data generated during the use of the App, including the portrait photos uploaded by users and the virtual try-on effect pictures saved by users, is only retained on the user’s local device. When the user takes the initiative to delete the information, such as deleting uploaded photos, saved try-on effects or uninstalling the App, the corresponding information will be completely deleted from the user’s device immediately. Armesy does not collect any facial data, and since all information is processed and stored locally, there is no possibility of facial information being collected, transmitted or stored in any form. The App will never access, extract or use any facial features, facial images or other facial-related information of users.
Users have the right to use all core functions of Armesy, including uploading portrait photos for virtual bracelet try-on, generating and saving try-on effects, comparing different bracelets, and sharing try-on results through social platforms. Users can independently choose the bracelets and wrist ornaments they want to try on, and have the right to delete any uploaded content or saved try-on effects at any time. Armesy does not collect any facial information, and users do not need to provide any facial-related data when using the App’s functions. The App will not ask users to authorize the collection of facial information. All functions of the App can be used normally without providing facial information.
Users shall abide by relevant rules when using the App, and shall not upload any illegal, obscene, vulgar, defamatory, infringing or other inappropriate photos or content. Users shall ensure that the portrait photos uploaded are their own or have obtained the consent of the person in the photo, and shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from the uploading of unauthorized photos. Even when users upload portrait photos containing facial parts, Armesy does not collect any facial information. The App only processes the arm area in the photos, and the facial part will not be stored, processed or used in any way. Users do not need to worry about the leakage or misuse of facial information caused by uploading photos.
Users shall properly protect their own device and the information stored on the device, and shall be responsible for any loss or risk caused by improper operation, device loss, password leakage or other reasons. The App will not be liable for any loss caused by the user’s own negligence or improper operation. Since Armesy does not collect any facial information, there is no risk of facial information leakage caused by the App. All risks related to information are only related to the user’s local device operation, and the App will not bear relevant responsibilities for the user’s own improper operation.
Armesy provides users with a virtual bracelet try-on service, and the App’s functions are only used for legitimate purposes such as outfit matching, purchase reference and social sharing. Users shall not use the App for any illegal or improper purposes, including but not limited to using the App to generate inappropriate content, infringe on the rights and interests of others, or engage in any activities that violate public order and good customs. During the use of the App, Armesy does not collect any facial information. The App’s usage rules do not involve any requirements related to facial information, and users do not need to provide any facial data to comply with the usage rules. The App will not restrict the use of functions due to the user’s refusal to provide facial information.
Users shall not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, crack or otherwise tamper with the App or its related code, programs and data. It is forbidden to use plug-ins, auxiliary tools or other means to interfere with the normal operation of the App, or to steal, tamper with the information stored locally on the user’s device through the App. Armesy does not collect any facial information, and any tampering with the App will not involve the leakage or theft of facial data. However, tampering with the App may lead to the failure of the virtual try-on function and damage the user’s usage experience, and the user shall bear all the consequences arising therefrom.
The App will be updated and optimized irregularly to improve the usage experience and functional effects. Users can choose to update the App according to their own needs. After the App is updated, the new version of the User Agreement will take effect automatically. If the user continues to use the App after the update, it shall be deemed that the user agrees to the terms of the new version of the Agreement. Even after the App is updated, Armesy will still adhere to the principle of not collecting facial information. The updated version will not add any functions that collect facial information, and will not change the local processing method of information. Users can use the updated App with confidence without worrying about facial information being collected.
All intellectual property rights related to Armesy, including but not limited to the App’s software, code, interface design, text, pictures, bracelet models, logos and other content, are owned by the App operator. Users shall not infringe on any intellectual property rights of the App operator. Without the written permission of the operator, users shall not copy, disseminate, modify or use the above intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-commercial purposes. Armesy does not collect any facial information, and the intellectual property rights of the App do not involve any facial-related content. Users’ use of the App’s intellectual property rights will not involve the use or disclosure of facial information, and the operator will not collect facial information through the protection of intellectual property rights.
The virtual bracelet models, try-on effects and other content generated by users using the App are owned by the users themselves, but users shall not use such content to infringe on the rights and interests of others or violate relevant regulations. If the content generated by users involves infringement, the users shall bear all legal responsibilities, and the App operator has the right to delete the relevant content. Since Armesy does not collect any facial information, the content generated by users will not contain any facial data collected by the App, and users can freely use and share their generated content without worrying about the leakage of facial information.
This Agreement shall take effect when the user downloads and installs the App and starts using it, and shall remain in effect until the user uninstalls the App or terminates the use of the App. Users can terminate the use of the App at any time by uninstalling the App, and after uninstallation, all information related to the App stored on the user’s device will be completely deleted. Armesy does not collect any facial information, so after the user terminates the use of the App, there will be no facial data related to the user retained by the App. All local information will be deleted along with the uninstallation of the App, ensuring that the user’s privacy is fully protected.
If the user violates any terms of this Agreement, the App operator has the right to restrict or terminate the user’s right to use the App without prior notice, and the user shall bear all losses caused thereby. The termination of the Agreement will not affect the user’s obligations that have been generated before the termination, nor will it affect the operator’s rights to pursue the user’s illegal acts. Even if the user’s right to use the App is terminated, Armesy still does not collect any facial information of the user. The operator will not retain any information related to the user, including facial information, and all local information will be retained or deleted according to the user’s own operation.
